If PreMarket Mind isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of a charge and we'll give you one — no questions asked.
Your free trial
Every new account gets 10 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. After the trial the subscription is $7.99 per month.
How to request a refund
Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Ask for a refund at paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or write to us at support@premarketmind.com and we'll arrange it. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep full access until then. Afterwards your check-ins, trends and P&L history stay readable — you just can't add new entries until you subscribe again.
