Terms & conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
PreMarket Mind (the “Service”) is provided by PreMarket Mind, based in United States(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age and, if you use the Service on behalf of a company, that you may bind it.
2. What the Service is
PreMarket Mind is a self-reflection tool for traders: daily check-ins, a readiness rating, 30-day patterns, a profit-and-loss calendar and coaching prompts. It is educational and organizational software only.
No advice. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Ratings and prompts are generated from what you type about yourself. Every trading decision, and every loss or gain, is yours alone.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@premarketmind.com if you think someone else has access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or abuse;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- interfere with security — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping or circumventing limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
- share one account across multiple people.
5. License and ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on your chosen plan. We keep all intellectual property in the software, its design, content and branding. Your check-ins, journal entries and results remain yours; you grant us only the license needed to host and process them to run the Service for you.
6. Trial, fees and billing
New accounts get 10 days free. After that the subscription is $7.99 per month, charged automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. After a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your history stays readable but you cannot add new entries until you subscribe.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Warranties, liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, trading losses, lost data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or acquisition. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: support@premarketmind.com.
